What you pay each month at different sales levels
Each line picks the plan that costs least at that sales level, on the longest billing the platform offers, including any fee the platform takes on sales. Starter is left out because it allows only 25 products and 1 user. Zoho's page doesn't say whether prices include GST. Payment gateway fees are extra on every platform, including Selzix.
| Monthly sales | Plan | Fee on sales | Total to Zoho Commerce |

When Zoho Commerce is the better choice
Zoho Commerce takes no transaction fee on any paid plan, and every plan costs less than ₹5,000 a month on yearly billing. Starter at ₹99 a month (billed yearly) suits sellers with up to 25 products who want a simple branded store. Standard at ₹599 a month suits small catalogues of up to 500 products. It also fits businesses that already use other Zoho apps, and Plus adds stock and purchasing tools.
Costs and limits to watch
Starter is sold only on yearly billing and allows 1 user and 25 products. Paying monthly costs more: Standard is ₹999 a month instead of ₹599 a month billed yearly. No plan includes a domain. Extra users cost ₹180 a month each, and extra locations cost ₹720 a month each from Premium up. Product listings are capped on every plan: 500 on Standard, 2,500 on Professional and 10,000 on Premium and Plus. Payment gateway fees are separate from Zoho's 0% fee.
Zoho Commerce or Selzix?
Zoho Commerce is cheaper than Selzix on every plan, and like Selzix it takes 0% of your sales. Standard at ₹599 a month (billed yearly) costs about a seventh of Selzix's ₹4,167 a month on yearly billing. Selzix's ₹5,000 a month includes GST; Zoho's page doesn't say.
What the extra pays for on Selzix: your store built from your Instagram posts before you pay, cash on delivery with order limits and confirm-by-link, Shiprocket and Delhivery shipping on your own account, and restaurant tools such as add-ons and meal plans. If you don't need those, Zoho is the cheaper choice.
