Yes. Add active products and connect a payment gateway (Stripe, or Razorpay in India) or enable cash on delivery before sharing your store. Set your delivery rates and test checkout first. Selzix charges no transaction fee; payment gateway fees, shipping and other external service charges still apply.

Selzix works worldwide. Choose your store's country when you sign up; it sets your store currency (29 are supported), tax, address format and time zone. Buyers enter addresses and phone numbers in their own country's format. Sell domestically only, or add international shipping rates for every country or a list you choose.

Pick a plan before your trial ends to keep your store online. If you don't, your storefront and dashboard editing pause, while billing remains accessible. Your products, orders and design are saved. Choose a plan to reopen your store. Nothing is charged automatically.

Yes. Review selected posts from a public Instagram profile and import them as draft products. The Shopify importer reads an accessible public product catalogue, including images and variants. It does not migrate customer accounts, order history or themes.

Enable pickup, configure outlets and preparation time, and offer delivery or pickup slots based on your opening hours. You can also set holiday closures and minimum order values. These are order scheduling tools, not a rider-dispatch service.

Yes. Write and schedule articles with authors, categories, tags and search metadata. The analytics dashboard covers traffic, conversion, paid orders and breakdowns by source, device, country and product.

Stay listings, nightly pricing, availability, bookings and calendar tools are available in stays or mixed workspaces. iCal imports and exports help synchronise availability with external calendars; sync is periodic and does not synchronise prices.

Connect your own Stripe account and buyers pay on Stripe's hosted checkout with cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or the local methods you enable in Stripe. Stores in India can connect Razorpay or accept direct UPI instead. You can also offer cash on delivery or collection with configured limits. Money settles straight to your own account. Selzix charges no transaction fee; gateway and fulfilment charges are separate.

The standard Rest of world plan is US$50 for one month or US$500 for one year, paid upfront in USD. Nothing auto-renews. It includes the storefront, catalogue, order and customer tools, analytics and blog. Features depend on your business mode and configuration. External service charges and applicable taxes are separate; your billing country determines your final plan price.

Yes. Register a domain with your preferred provider, then connect it in Selzix using the DNS instructions. Your domain becomes ready after verification and SSL provisioning. Domain purchase is separate from your Selzix plan.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. The customer dashboard supports CSV export, including customer segments. Product, order-history and page-content exports are not advertised as one-click tools; contact us about any specific migration requirements before switching.

Set a store-wide VAT, GST or sales tax rate and choose whether your prices include tax. Invoices for eligible paid orders show your tax ID, the tax line, and amounts and dates in your store's format. Indian stores get GST tax invoices with HSN codes and CGST, SGST and IGST splits. Review your business details and tax settings before issuing invoices; sellers remain responsible for their accuracy.

Your plan is prepaid and does not automatically renew. You can choose not to renew, export your customer list and point a domain you own elsewhere. Contact us to discuss any additional data you need before moving.
